Field Service Technician
We’re looking for a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in Jonesboro, AR! In this role, you’ll perform diagnostics and repairs on ag equipment, working both independently and alongside your fellow technicians. You’ll build positive relationships with customers and team members, all while keeping accurate service records and completing AGCO equipment training. Parts Associate – Sikeston, MO
The Parts Associate will support the daily operations of the parts department. This individual will assist with inventory management, shipping and receiving, order picking, and stocking. They will fill parts orders received via walk-in customers, orders received over the phone, and internal orders from our service department. Prior experience in parts sales and knowledge of agricultural equipment components is preferred. Candidates must possess excellent customer service skills, strong computer skills with the ability to work with POS systems and shipping software.
